Shipping & Returns
We realize that shipping charges are expensive. We only charge the actual cost of shipping and we do NOT add any handling or any other fees to the shipping.
We ship by UPS and the US Postal Service. When you add items to your cart, there is a Shipping Calculator button on the page so you can see the shipping options available.
The following shipping options are available:

US Postal Service - Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are NOT Guaranteed. Express mail is guaranteed for 1-2 days depending on location.

UPS
​
For those in a rush, opting for UPS shipping might be worth considering. However, it's important to note that UPS is not guaranteeing delivery times at the moment. Delivery duration varies based on your specific location and the selected service level. Our shipments originate from Northern California, and for destinations in the Eastern U.S., Ground shipping typically takes 4-5 business days, although this can be affected by weather or storms. Please refer to the map below for detailed transit times.
Aerosols and CA Formulations Require Ground Shipment: DOT regulations require that Aerosol cans can not be shipped by air and MUST be shipped by ground. You can choose UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage for delivery of aerosols.

The California formulations (faster drying) of Everbrite™ and ProtectaClear® must also be shipped by ground.

Other Limitations:

Packages through the US Mail have a limitation of one gallon of liquid. If you order more than a gallon of liquid by mail, your order will arrive in separate packages.
NOTE for International Customers: In addition to the shipping charges you pay, there will be charges that must be paid prior to delivery, which may include tax, duties and brokerage fees. These are assessed by the destination country and are out of our control. We strongly suggest that you purchase from our International Distributors if possible. Everbrite, Inc. Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns
​
Returns are accepted if all of the following apply:
​
• Customer has Proof of Purchase.
• Return is made within 120 days of purchase.
• The item(s) is unopened and is in original condition, as when purchased. Opened cans of liquid coating cannot be returned because they leak during shipping if opened.
•We will credit your account for the items returned in good condition. There may be a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• You must call our office for authorization to return any package. We will give you the correct return address. Please call 916-852-0200.

Please make sure to package the products with plenty of packing material so the items are protected from damage. Once we receive the undamaged package back, we will issue a refund for the products returned

Canceling an Order Before it is Shipped:

Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at Everbrite, Inc. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it for you. If your order is canceled before it ships we will refund the entire amount to your credit card (shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, are included.)
